The highest quality
Our company has been ISO 9001 compliant since 1995. While operating with an eye on continuous improvement, A.S.I. SpA guaranties SPENO INTERNATIONAL SA and its customers, a product of the highest quality and reliability. The strong point of the A.S.I. production system is a constant monitoring of all stages in the manufacturing process, manufacturing process, monitoring carried out by means of electronic detecting instrumentation.
These rigorous and continuously updated checks document and assure the processing stages match the technological requirements of the finished product.
Before being placed on the market, the finished products are subjected to even further quality controls. A.S.I. SpA has researched and perfected company testing systems that take advantage of ultra-sound technologies to detect possible anomalies in structural features.
The products are tested on a sampling basis through an especially designed system unit that simulates grinding on a railway track. In addition, A.S.I. SpA is equipped with a specifically designed machine which, through the simulation of the actual grinding allows you to test the quality of the sample and to verify the quality in the design phase and in the testing of new stones to be offered to clients. Moreover, the compliance with the international safety standards Uni and Fepa is checked by the overspeed machine.
